About our name

The Ruddy Turnstone is a bird named for one of its behaviors. Ruddy Turnstones flip rocks, seaweed, and pebbles in search of food. They live on rocky shores all across the world.

Like the Ruddy Turnstone, we believe in curiosity. Flipping over stones and seeing what's underneath. That's what propels us as storytellers and filmmakers.
